If there is something wrong with your item or you don't like it, you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days. After all, we want you to really love our products.

How exactly does a return work:

You write us an email at support@vollgutleben.de and we will send you a link to our returns portal. There you can create your free DHL return label. Simply print it out and stick it on the package. Please enclose a completed return form with your order so that we can assign the return and there are no unnecessary delays. As soon as we have received the item in its original packaging and unused, we will refund the purchase price to the payment method you used. This process can take up to 14 days.
