You can wash our felt products by hand or in a gentle wool cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees in the washing machine (without spinning). If small lint forms when washing in the washing machine, you can remove it with a lint comb. If wrinkles have formed, you can iron our vegan felt desk pads on the lowest setting.

If something is wrong with your item or you don't like it, you can send it back to us free of charge within 30 days. Because we want you to really love our products.

How exactly does a return work:

You write us an email at support@vollgutleben.de and we will send you a link to our return portal. There you can create your free DHL return label. Then just print it out and stick it on the package. Please enclose a completed cancellation form with the order so that we can assign the return and there are no unnecessary delays. As soon as we have received the item in its original packaging and unused, we will refund you the purchase price using the payment method you used. This process can take up to 14 days. We therefore ask for a little patience and understanding.
